A common thread experienced with all transitions, big and small, is the unknown. We often don’t really know what we’re getting ourselves into, or what awaits us. For some, this can be frightening as it signifies upheaval; for others, it suggests progress and growth.

Transitions fall into two categories:

1. Endings and Beginnings

— sometimes our choice, sometimes not

This may be the loss of a loved one; the birth of a child; retirement; an empty-nest; loss of a job; the end of a relationship; a budding relationship; divorce; falling in (or out) of love; a geographic relocation or expatriation; a change in health.

All endings are beginnings and all beginnings are endings…
Life is cyclical. Know this: you will move through the changes in your life. It is up to you to decide how you move through them.

2. Self-Fulfillment

— you choose

Stop playing it safe and small.
Stop settling.
Start doing that thing you were meant to do.

Working with a life coach you’ll gain clarity and confidence to move through your transition with self-awareness, strength and serenity.
