I understand transitions well because…

I’VE BEEN THERE.

I’ve lived in 5 countries, have had more than a dozen jobs, speak 4 languages, am a seeker, a mother, a writer, a wife, a friend, an empty-nester, an eternal student…

While I’ve lived and worked in so many wonderful places, two things have always stood out: one, in spite of the often fun and interesting jobs I've had, I always felt that there was something missing and that I was meant to be doing something else with my life.

Two, I connected easily with friends and colleagues, enjoyed seeing them blossom and thrive, and was passionate about helping them achieve their goals anyway I could.

When I approached a significant birthday, I began to take stock of where I'd been, what I'd been doing and how I'd done it. It struck me that while I was encouraging others to reach for the stars, I had not been willing to examine what was missing in my own life. I decided it was time to stop playing it small and safe. Working with a coach, and through personal exploration, I found my voice and understood the importance of sharing it.

Now I continue to support others as a coach and through my writings, and I couldn't be happier!
